Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  If 30 days has passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@madape.com. We will email you back within 1-5 business days if your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Please include the following information with your return
  •   Your Name
  •   Order Number
  •   Date of purchase
  •   Reason for return

 

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Please include a picture so we can properly evaluate the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable item

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds will be be subject to a 15% restocking fee if requesting a refund.  Store credit and gift cards will not be subject to a restocking fee.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • All exchanges need to be for the same style, design, and color.
  • If your order was over $99 and qualified for free shipping, and you are return items that will bring your order value below $99, we will deduct the cost of shipping from the refund.
